Refund Policy
Love Skin Clinic offers a 14-days exchange back guarantee if the item is deemed defective or damaged. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
By the Australian Consumer Law, refunds do not apply if you received what you asked for but simply changes your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any shipping costs (and transit costs if applicable). We do not refund the shipping cost you paid.
Refunded payments are not applicable, only a store credit will be issued if the item is deemed defective/damaged, which can be reused on our online store. As soon as a return is received, you will get on email, and we will automatically process the refund or replacement. Please note , all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
